Daycare

FUMC Daycare is a ministry of First United Methodist Church. Its purpose is to provide weekly (full and part time care/education) to children of our church, weekday preschool & kindergarten and community (ages six weeks through six years). The program is licensed by the State of Kentucky, Cabinet for Human Resources. The care will include developmentally appropriate activities in a loving, Christian environment.

The order of enrollment policy, due solely to limited space, is as follows: Infants through age six are eligible to attend, space available, as long as one of their parents is a member or attending (and supporting) First United Methodist Church. Children enrolled in our preschool & kindergarten are eligible to attend the daycare as long as there is space available. If we are still not full, we will open registration to those on our waiting list. To be put on the waiting list, contact the director.

Hours of Operation

Infants and Toddlers	6:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. MTWRF
Preschoolers	6:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. MF 6:30 a.m. - 8:30 a.m. & 11:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. TWR
Kindergartners	6:30 a.m. - 8:00 a.m. & 12:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. MTWRF
Summer/School Holidays	6:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. for all ages

Rates

Infants		$105 per week
Toddlers		$100 per week
Toddlers must attend at least two days per week		$25 per day
Pre-K & K Full time Summer Care	3 - 6 years old	$85 per week
Pre-K Full time	3 - 4 years old	$75 per week
Kindergarten Full time	5 -6 years old	$60 per week
Before School Care Pre-K & K		$5 per day
After School Care Pre-K & K (11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.)		$8 per day
After School Care Pre-K & K (11:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.)		$15 per day

*An annual registration/insurance fee of $50 is required. This fee covers administrative costs, insurance and supplies. An annual snack fee of $50 is also required. These fees are due at enrollment and annually by June 1^st of each year.
