Nurturing people in their faith is another aspect of ministry at First United Methodist Church. Caring for people's changing needs from infancy through retirement requires multiple programs and opportunities for personal growth.
As Christians, we want to learn about the Bible, the sourcebook of our faith. Twenty-two Sunday School classes meet at 9:30 on Sunday mornings. Each year, dedicated leaders teach DISCIPLE classes, for persons to become disciples through Bible study. Short-term Bible studies and many other small group studies are also offered year round. The youth meet weekly in small groups.
